We at Into The Wild Screen Printing, create and make custom screen printed clothing such as T-Shirts, long Sleeve shirts, Tank Tops and Sweatshirts and other Garments.
Garment is defined as “an item of clothing”
Keep in mind that the pricing may vary depending on the variables of size, location, color and design.
If the Garment you wish to have your design screen printed on is not here, feel free to contact us with your desired garment and we will provide you with a quote. Garment must be cotton or a mix of cotton.
Dark garments usually require a white under-base, meaning that only three (3) more colors may be used on top of the White. The White can still be used in your design.
Color change within a run
$15 dollars per color change (Same screen/design and using another color to create the same design while still on press). Meaning that you can have the same exact design in multiple different colors.

CMYK, four color process, (photo realistic, fine art, abstract artwork). CMYK is for light color garments only and cannot be used with our plastisol heat transfers. We print these directly onto your garment of choice. We can print CMYK onto a dark garment, but the Image will appear dull and not as vibrant as a light garment (Keep in mind, some business choose to print on dark garments for this reason). We suggest simulated printing for darker colors.
CMYK Pricing: $50 dollars per hour (60 minutes minimal charge)
Spot White Ink
All areas in the art that are to be printed in white ink, must be shown in the artwork by using a false/spot white that looks different than the background. If the background of the image is white and you want the image to have white ink, you must use this false/spot white so we know that you need white ink and are not just printing on a white t-shirt or garment.
Make sure to label the Spot/false white in your layers
Change the color of the white to a different color that is not in your design (Light Blue, light pink, light yellow ect.) where we can identify where the white Ink will go.
Inform the sales representative that you require white ink in your design
Make a note in your design, email, or file stating that the spot color you have chosen ((Light Blue, light pink, light yellow ect.) is to be printed in white. For Example: please print all colors in light blue in white ink.
Designs using halftones for Dark garments (Using a white half toned underbase).
Pricing: will vary on the complexity of your design.
Four Color Process Files
Four Color Process files must be sent in high resolution (300 DPI or higher) your file needs to be color separated and will be reviewed by a color separate specialist.
Spot Color Inks
please see our custom in stock ink color chart and most popular inks: Colors In Stock
Need a different or custom color that we do not have available? We recommend that you select a color from the Solid Coated Pantone formula guide here (Panton Colors). We can mix any of the PMS colors that you select from that list. Once you have found and selected the PMS color of your choice, please indicated each color chosen by using the corresponding pantone number
PMS Color Matching
We can match the PMS number you had supplied with our in-house matching by hand for $30.00 for first orders and $15.00 for reorders. As stated above, this is matched by hand and is matched as close as possible.
If you require an exact PMS matching, It will need to be done by our ink manufacturer for $75.00 per match.
Many inks are not opaque enough for the ink to be placed onto dark garments, causing dye migration or bleeding (The color of the shirt bleeds into the design, causing it to be darker and then intended) If printing onto dark garments, a white underbase is recommended to ensure your designs pops and looks as intended. Having a white underbase helps keep the design achieve a higher level of brilliance and opacity (Thickness/fullness). Most designs that are being printed onto a dark garment should have an underbase, unless a blending or color tone look is desired.
Because each under base is unique to itself, we cannot accept artwork requiring an underbase as print ready. Therefor there is an art charge of $20.00 per design requiring a white underbase.
Line weights refers to the thickness of a line or stroke (Any area of ink) and the thickness of space between two lines or any area of ink to allow the garment color to show between the ink areas. We are not responsible for any lines that do not transfer onto the heat transfer/garment as a result of thin lines.
Line weights for inks to be used on white or light garments
All lines, strokes and open areas between lines to allow the shirt to show through must be at a minimum of 2 Pts in visible width. Seeline weights
Line weights for inks to be used on black or dark garments
All lines, strokes and open areas between lines to allow the shirt to show through must be at a minimum of 3 Pts in visible width.
If you are using gradients or fades in your spot colors, the image will be converted into multiple dots. Halftones help create the illusion and depth within your design.
See example: Gradient for a view of halftones through gradients.
You cannot place 100% of one color over 100% of another color to create a third (3rd) color. You can place a shade/tone or fading halftones onto another color to create the illusion of a third (3rd) color.
